Fire Risk Assessments

Our Fire Risk Assessments will look at the hazards within your building and the risk they pose to your occupants and review your existing control measures to ensure they are adequate and detail any actions in an easy to read format.

Fire Doors

Fire Doors are an essential part of any  buildings Fire Strategy that helps prevent a from Fire Spreading throughout. We can conduct Fire Door Surveys to identify any shortcomings or maintenance and upgrade programs to existing Fire Doors. 

Fire Stopping

Any Fire Resisting wall that has a service penetration (cable or pipe) through it will require Fire Stopping to prevent the passage of smoke and  heat. We can conduct Fire Stopping Surveys or provide a Fire Stopping service to seal those penetrations.

System Install & Maintenance

All Life Safety Systems such as Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting and Extinguishers require installing and maintaining to  British Standards to ensure they will work when you need them most. 
We can design, install and maintain all your Life Safety Systems.

Evacuation Planning & Drills

All building Fire Strategies are designed around the end goal of a  safe Evacuation. All buildings must inform the occupants of the method of Evacuation which can be done through a written plan or map.  All plans should be drilled regularly to ensure they will work at all material times.

Fire Safety Training

Depending on your occupants and the style of Evacuation, Fire Safety Training may range form basic Fire Awareness and Fire Warden to the safe Evacuation of persons within a residential care or medical setting which may require additional equipment and or training.
